The girl is holding on to each side of the meat with her hands, while the meat itself is giving of fumes of cold, white vapor (it is currently extremely cold in Bavaria)
The girl’s appearance is akin to that of Venus of Boticelli, divinely graceful.
The image basically tries to convey the true value of meat, so as to discourage mindless consumption without knowing where the meat actually comes from.
